Your right to use the plugin.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee, Growth Catalysts ("the Licensor") grants the purchaser ("the Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Growth Catalysts Fee Calculator plugin on the number of production websites covered by the purchased license tier, as listed above.

This license is perpetual — it does not expire — but support and updates are time-bound as described in Section 04 below.

Permitted and prohibited use.

This plugin is licensed, not sold.

Growth Catalysts retains all right, title, and interest in and to the plugin, including all intellectual property rights. The Licensee receives a license to use the plugin under the terms set out in this Agreement; no ownership rights are transferred.

Any modifications the Licensee makes to the plugin's code for their own use remain the Licensee's property, but the underlying plugin and its architecture remain property of Growth Catalysts.

What's included with your purchase.

Your purchase includes twelve (12) months of plugin updates and email support from the date of purchase. Updates include bug fixes, compatibility updates for new WordPress and PHP versions, and new features added during the support window.

Support is provided by email at info@growthcatalysts.ca and covers installation help, troubleshooting, and guidance on plugin functionality. It does not cover custom development work, third-party plugin conflicts we cannot reproduce, or issues arising from server configuration outside our control.

After the twelve-month window, the plugin continues to work indefinitely on whatever version you have installed. Continued access to updates and support requires renewal at the then-current renewal rate.

All sales are final.

Digital products cannot be meaningfully returned. For this reason, all sales are final at the moment the download link is issued.

We make the full working plugin available as a live demo on our homepage, so prospective buyers can fully experience the product before purchasing. We encourage every prospective buyer to walk through the demo end-to-end before committing.

Exception: If the plugin is fundamentally non-functional on a supported WordPress installation (WordPress 6.0+, PHP 7.4+) and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund. This must be reported within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and a reasonable troubleshooting effort is required before a refund is considered.

The plugin is provided as-is.

THIS PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make reasonable efforts to test the plugin across common WordPress configurations, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin combination, or hosting environment in existence.

The limits of our responsibility.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GROWTH CATALYSTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PLUGIN, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid by the Licensee.

When the license ends.

This license terminates automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the plugin, remove it from any websites where it is installed, and destroy all copies in their possession.

Fees paid are not refundable upon termination for breach.

Jurisdiction.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, in the courts of Alberta.

If any clause of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
